A Specialized Studio

We are so glad you're interested in elevating your style and booking with Bloom Madison.  Each visit is designed to be a detailed, personalized experience, so allow a bit more time for it. To ensure every guest receives the highest level of care and quality results at the best possible value, we follow a few important policies.

Payment A current credit card must be kept on file to adhere to our cancellation and appointment policies.

No-Call/No-Shows are completely unacceptable, even for consultations. If you cancel day of or no-show, 100% of the forfeited service will be charged to your credit card.  Also, any existing appointments will be removed from the schedule if we are not provided with an explanation. 48 hour cancellation appointments will be charged 50% of the price of services scheduled.

Final Sale All products are final sale (no exchanges, no returns, no refunds) once purchased. If you fail to keep your specialty piece (weft, clip-in, halo, topper) installation appointment you forfeit your specialty piece back to the salon to cover cost of stylist time. All services are final sale. These are customized appointments and we are so thorough about our process.

Running Late Arrivals over 15 minutes late may require rescheduling to respect other clients and may be subject to same day cancellation policy.
